Configuring DNS with myorderbox

Hi,
Just wondering has any members had problems configuring the ns and ip settings with the "myorderbox" system.

I am asking this because i purchased my domain through them, but when i attempt to forward it to my host it is not propogating.

Myorderbox support is not great so far.

They're slow, you just have to wait.

Even a slow company wont take 6 days!

Let me explain further, my hosting is supplying me with a reseller account with my own IPs.

I have set the following records.............

A Records
ns1.mysite
ns2.mysite
localhost
www
--------------------------------
MX
mail.mysite
--------------------------------
DNS
ns1.mysite
ns2.mysite
-------------------------------
For some reason unknown to either me or myorderbox, the domain is not resolving.

You should probably let your hosting company's nameservers do the work; that way you'll have only one place to contact in case of problems.

Get their nameserver info, and set up your nameservers and only your nameservers, at the myorderbox site.
