confirmation of delivery of the message not working?

Hello all,
how could i check/debug about this?
A costumer is complaining it doesn't get confirmation of email being delivered

If recipient has in the email client this not activated or allowing then there is no confirmation possible , so also depend on how the mailrecipient has settings, and yes no..


So you have to check manual email clients to for configs and settings , normally it is not a exim, dovecot DA isseu.

But then only sure way is to ask in those mail for confirmation to send by receiver!

If mail are forwarded and so on so lot of stuff not working ...
