Connecting directadmins roundcube with locally installed Nextcloud?

I am thinking about installing Nextcloud on the same Server that runs my directadmin.

Basically one of my customers would be hosting Nextcloud. Installed through the Nextcloud web installer script.

Is there an easy way to connect directadmins roundcube with Nextcloud to have mail, calenders and contacts all connected/synced?

As far as I understand I have provide Nextcloud with my roundcube/Mail-Server information. But I am not sure if there will be point where I can connect the Nextcloud user to the roundcube user?

Isn't nextcloud have support SMTP connector ?

I'm not use the nedtcloud, but if there have support protocol, it should fine.
