I'm facing this issue time after time, only the first couple hours its seems to be working.

Operating system ; CentOS 11

What exactly happened when i send an message from roundcube ;

CentOS 11

Centos 11 does not exists. Do you mean Debian 11 maybe?

Can you check if Dovecot is still running?
Also check the roundcube logs?

Just on the off chance that this is the same issue.

I have had one Debian 11 server I manage have a problem with Dovecot not being able to find a library, and unable to open any mail (but Dovecot is running). Other Debian 11 installs don't exhibit the problem, i'm still looking into which update caused the problem of the library not being found, but this is what I did to get it working:
