Connection Timed out , fsockopen

Hello,

I use fsockopen to connect with my server. unfortunately face this error:
Notice: Cannot connect to 5.9.137.195. Error 110. Connection timed out in /home/atrein/domains/xxxxx/public_html/vps_management/ssh2/Net/SSH2.php on line 788
My guess is direct admin close port or fsockopen.
Meanwhile I'm newbie on system managing and direct admin. please explain me precisely.

It's doubtful DirectAdmin would do either; it's doubtful DirectAdmin would even know about fsockopen. Check your firewalls.
