I need to know what happens if I request a license DirectAdmin month to month and for some reason which is left to pay the license, which could happen in this case with software DirectAdmin. and know whether to eat in an illegality.

It's hard to understand your English, but I think this answers your question:

If you do not pay for a DirectAdmin leased month-to-month license the DirectAdmin daemon will eventually stop working.

The server will still work and will still serve email and sites, but DirectAdmin itself will not be usable.
