Controlling Users Panel

Is there anyway I can control what my users see on there panel?

I.e. can I just create a panel with E-mail, FTP and file manager controls on?

Hello,

You could create your own custom skin without any of the links to the other features. Then just assign those other features a quantity of zero when creating the user.
