count_pop_usage per domain

It would be nice if there was a way to enable count_pop_usage per domain.
Some people want to see the mail statistics so I'd enable it for them. Other people complain that the mailbox management page is loading slowly... For some large accounts the page may timeout altogether...

Hello,

Just turn on the cache, instead of realtime counting.
It will speed up the pages for everyone.

pop_disk_usage_cache=1
