It happened to me today that after cpanel to DA import, some of the subdomains were not accessible (403 error). I found that the /domains/maindomain.com/public_html/subdomainname/ had 750 permission. When i changed to 755, all solved. But on cpanel it worked i am quite sure. Can the import tool change the permission so user do not have to find non working sites too late or spending time figuring what is wrong? Thank you

I think this issue should be fixed automaticaly during the importing of the cpanel account backup file. Not needing to submit support ticket, researching while the site is down. Unsure if reseller or end user can execute that commands in his SSH shell (by default disabled for the end user).
