Wen i try to mibrate a backup from cpanel account filename cpmove-canam.tar.gz with 5Gb size i get this error:

"nable to find cPanel user configuration in /home/admin/user_backups/canam_cpanel_to_convert/cp/canam"

Thanks in advance.

Is the backup in cPanel format? Was it exported from jetbackup?

I just did backup on cpanel to public_html and wget it to my directadmin server, I dont have shell access to the server where cpanel is based.

Another thing off topic im getting this error wen i try to create an email account:

" Unable to write to the password file. Let your administrator know that /etc/virtual/canamhosting.ao/passwd is unwritable. Unable to stat /etc/virtual/canamhosting.ao/passwd.temp for filesize after write ConfigFile::removeFile(/etc/virtual/canamhosting.ao/passwd) filename does not match "

You cannot restore it on user level. You’d need to ask admin to do it.

Are you using admin backup/transfer feature for it? Did you use jetbackup on cpanel user level to download it?
