Good day everyone,

I am busy moving cPanel accounts to a new DirectAdmin server. A backup will be made on the source server, then converted to a DirectAdmin backup and then restored via the DirectAdmin control page. For most accounts this works just fine. However, sometimes I get this error and I don't know how to solve it correctly (I deleted any personal information from this log):

Domain (domainname1) CreatedDomain Created Successfully

Domain (domainname2) CreatedDomain Created Successfully

Database 'databasename_' does not belong to you
Database 'databasename_%' does not belong to you
Error with query "CREATE USER '(username)'@localhost" : Operation CREATE USER failed for '(username)'@'localhost'
set_collation: DB (databasename1)_main does not have any collation information in the backup. Skipping
Error with query "CREATE USER '(username)'@localhost" : Operation CREATE USER failed for '(username)'@'localhost'
set_collation: DB (databasename2) does not have any collation information in the backup. Skipping
Unable to restore database (databasename).sql to (databasename) : ERROR at line 1: Failed to open file '/home/(username)/backups/backup/(databasename).sql', error: 2

Error with query "CREATE USER '(username)'@localhost" : Operation CREATE USER failed for '(username)'@'localhost'
set_collation: DB (databasename) does not have any collation information in the backup. Skipping

Thank you very much in advance !

Any news on this matter?

How do you convert the cPanel backup to DirectAdmin?

You can try to manually export/import the databases if you still got the same problem.
