cpmove restoring issue.

I have restored a cPanel cpmove-onlinedtetplac.tar.gz file on DirectAdmin . After I restored it I can not see the domain name in my DirectAdmin control panel. Please advise me .

* Max username length is 16 characters for MySQL users by default, and 10 for system user. Max username length can be increased in /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf. You can find max length of your username in cPanel easily:

Go into cpanel and rename the account to something a-lot shorter. The backup again and try it again.

What version of cpanel are you on? Wonder if that is a factor.

Yes, I faced lots of issues. I used the latest cPanel version

I did a CPanel move on the weekend (latest version) it seemed OK.

maybe create a ftp account on your DA server, point your cPanel server to backup to the FTP account on your DA server, move the backups and rename them, try a restore again?
Also in admin settings on DA you can adjust name length.
