create 4096 db from phpmyadmin

Hi i have a detected server with directadmin
i want to install wp multi site's with multi db support
and i need to create 4096 databases if i use the sql in phpmyadmin
it don't let me do that and im the admin of the server
i don't think i will have time to add 3 sites with 4096*3 databases
it will take 1 year for that
any one have idea how can i do that

You would have to use the api to do it or do it manually.
