Create a skin

hi,
I use directadmin 1.35.1 version and i want to develop skin for DA.
but, i don't know very well DA skins.
i examined DA enhanced skin.
i attachment the screenshot. And I make number the parts.

i think 2. page "header_bar.html" but i don't know other pages.

Can you help me ?
