Create Backup fails

Creating backup doesn't work...
nothing happens, so it seems.
when I try to enter the list of backups:then this link is not working.
"Oeps! Deze link lijkt niet te werken -
Suggesties:Zoeken met Google:......"

I made a directory Backups in the root, but even so, no creation ...

What message do you get? On success and on fail Directadmin creates a message.
Are you a customer of a hosting company? If yes you'd better contact your hoster support team. If no check directadmin error logs additionally (Admin Login in Directadmin -> Log Viewer -> Select logs from a list)
