Create new reseller

For completeness should I setup a new reseller or create my sites under the existing admin reseller? Is there any disadvantage of doing this?

This will be for a hosting company and so looking to know if there are any disadvantages (security?) setting up under the admin account and if I should setup a new reseller.

We set up under a separate reseller to make it easier to move the reseller to a different server if necessary.

Otherwise there's no real advantage or disadvantage.
