create SSL redirect for joomla address

Hi,
i have website with few pages of forms
http://www.site.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=page1
http://www.site.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=page2
http://www.site.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=page3

and i want to create htaccess rewrite role that redirect only this address to index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=xxxpage to https
