Cron Job / change time and date

I have webspace with Directadmin

I would like to know how to setup a cron job and also how to change the date and time format?

I dont know what you mean by changing the date and time format though. If your talking about on the way the crontab is displayed there is no way to change it as that is how it was designed and has been for years.

Your hosting provider may have disabled it. I would contact them and ask if you can have access to it. They would have to approve or deny you access to that feature.
