Cron

ok i dont know how to use a cron.. ive seen people posting this before ( by googling, but i cant seem to work it out ! )

lets say i wanna run www.mydomain.com/cron.php for every minute, what should i put at the * space and also at the command entry ?

in cpanel i use "GET www.mydomain.com/cron.php" and set it on every minute
