CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION not working with directadmin

Hello,
i'm getting this error when i use curl followlocation in php, it worked when i was using kloxo but once i changed to directadmin i'm gettting this error, i believe there is something i should do but i don't know what. any help please

For others who might find this thread, the issue mentioned by the author has nothing with Directadmin itself.
It's because either of safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set in php.ini or virtualhost config of Apache.

As a bypass you can try this:

or disable safe_mode and open_basedir restriction.
