current licenseid and userid

Hello.

How can i get my current licenseid and userid? I changed ip on my server, so directadmin can't start. I need to refresh the license but i need my old licenseid and userid for it.

If it's a license you purchased yourself then you can login to Direct Admin to check.

If it's through your server provider then they can give you this info.

I lost my userid and licenseid info.

Any old emails from Direct Admin with the Client ID in them?
Then you can request a password reset to the customer panel at Direct Admin?

If you bought your DirectAdmin license directly, then Contact DirectAdmin Sales.

If you received your license from a server provider you need to contact them; it's likely not transferable outside their datacenter.

If you bought it else where you should also contact Contact DirectAdmin Sales as your license may be invalid; only DirectAdmin and certain datacenters may offer DirectAdmin.

Read /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/setup.txt

Actually log into directadmin at license/update link you can see license id and client id directly from there.

But as he has a new IP, DA wont start, hence can't log in.

So, yeah, email them with your old IP, that may help them check.
