Custom admin welcome email does not work

Hi,

I put a custom welcome email for newly admin account to /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/custom/a_welcome.txt but it does not work, still use the default one.

But it works fine with r_welcome.txt and u_welcome.txt

is this expected behavior?

Yes this would work, but if I click "reset" it will rollback to the original one. What I want is by clicking "reset", it will use my custom one.
