Custom build not installing/not updating

Fresh install again Alma8+DA. Custombuild not installing. I generated install according to advice received, thank you. Then tried to update. It does not update.
I wasted too much time already with this story. Sorry guys, going back to CPanel. Thank you for all.

That looks like a connectivity issue with the mirror your using to use, try a different mirror. If it's the same on a different one then maybe something on the network/firewall is blocking.
 
I am not using any specific mirror, it is standard install. I do not even know if I have the option to choose between mirrors or how to do that. Too many issues anyway. Didn't have any in 10 years. Not working via SSH either. Is DA server down? Should I whitelist some IP?
