custom configure.php55 is ignored

As you can see:

# ./build used_configs
PHP (additional) configuration file: /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/configure/suphp/configure.php55

CB 2.0 ignores /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/custom/suphp/configure.php55:

# stat /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/custom/suphp/configure.php55
  File: `/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/custom/suphp/configure.php55'
  Size: 1005            Blocks: 8          IO Block: 4096   regular file

Please fix it.
