Hi all (you too Jeff),

When I create a new domain the default page is as indicated here:

http://domains.jwnetsource.com/

I would like to create a different default page when I create a new domain.

For clarity, I don’t want to edit after creation, I wish to have my default page created when the new domain is created.

The question, what file(s) need to be changed? Please specify path.

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I only found threads that dealt with modifying after the fact.

Thanks

Its somewhere in /home/reseller i forgot which folder. But its under each resellers home directory. The index.html and logo files are there.

There is no /home/reseller directory.

Just kidding. I looked in the /home/reseller directory and found /home/reseller/domains/default/

I modified the index.html and uploaded a different logo.

Sorry, it still created the same default page.

Make sure your browser is reloading from the 'net and not from cache.

Jeff

Good suggestion, but not from cache.

The primary account "admin" created another admin account "reseller." I use reseller as the primary reseller account.

I modified the index.html file in /home/reseller/domains/default/ Should I change /home/admin/domains/default/ instead?

Creating the new domain as "reseller" required that the edit be to the file /home/admin/domains/default/index.html NOT /home/reseller/domains/default/index.html

Based on this I "assume" that it is not reseller independent. Didn't test, cause I don't care. My objective is satisfied by modifying the admin default.
