Custom Error pages throws "Unable to edit file" error

Hello,

I just opened the custom error pages user feature and it throws an "Unable to edit file" error for any of the pages. In the headline it's called "Edit Apache Error Pages". Is this not compatible with Nginx?

I'm facing this with latest DirectAdmin beta on Debian 11.
