custom filter question

hello,

situation:
when domain gets created the default spamassassin filter settings for spam is:
- Inbox (don't block it)

my goal:
when domain gets created the default spamassassin filter settings should be:
- Send the spam to the appropriate users's spam folder.

how can i achieve it?
merely moving filter_userspamfolder to custom dir solves nothing.

Moving the file to custom doesn't do anything unless you make changes to the file.
