Custom Mod Security configuration found

A fresh installation. DA 1.647 on Almalinux 9.1. Evolution skin.
After installing, Comodo WAF 2.24.5 shows:

1. In Main tab:
Current rules version: 1.233 (Connection error: )

2. In Security Engine tab:
Custom Mod Security configuration found!
Press "Update config" button to update it with values from this screen.
After update, backup of current configuration could be found in: /etc/nginx/nginx-modsecurity.conf.custom

Try to reinstall mod_security, rules, rewrite_confs, update config... nothing resolves the issue. Again, it's a fresh installation, totally new server, nothing customized yet. Any idea?

I have the same. Fresh installation on new server.
Did you fix it?
 
No, but it looks like mod_security is still working. So there might be a bug in the themes.
