custom proftpd config files

Some of us like our FTP to be secure, so we have to modify proftpd.conf and proftpd.vhosts.conf.

The problem is that those config files will be overwritten by DA on upgrades because they are not supported by the custom folder.

I'm asking for these to be supported.

I checked the code, and yes it should work in custom/proftpd.vhosts.conf. Just make sure that the file is readable by the "diradmin" user.

Make sure you add the files that work in the README in the parent folder, so that we know which ones we can customize.
