custombuild command not work , with update problem

hi ,

i want update php extensions with ./build php n command . but , when hit this command returned below error

"Your DirectAdmin version (1.61) is older than minimal required for this version of CustomBuild (1.63). Please run '/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/build update_da'"

message say must be update da , now i want update DA here and returned below Error :

i try update manually with this instruction https://docs.directadmin.com/directadmin/general-usage/updating-da.html#manual-update

download update.tar.gz file then extract file . nothing happening, just update version from 1.61.5 to 1.62.3

still problem not solved . after this update , i try update manually again, just returned error can`t download update.tar.gz, error 400

Please Help me , thanks
