CustomBuild plugin 1.0.36 to 1.0.37 update is available

I have a problem with 1 server that Custombuild plugin update from 1.0.36 to 1.0.37 could not be done successfully.
It seems everything is fine with the following message.

but nothing has been done and it keeps asking me to update again and again for months.
I tried to build it all again using this:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build versions

New updates have been stuck for months but my other servers did not have this update problem.
I wonder what is the real problem behind this and how to solve.
