customebuild2 enable ioncube loader and zendGuard with threadsafe

hello masters.

i'm recently enabled thread safe for php 5.6, but i got this errors with command :

php -v

i need ioncubeloader and zendGuard , but anythings found to compile ioncube and zendguard in thread safe
