customer accidently deleted public_html

my customer accidently deleted public_html which i know tha public_html is linked to the domain/domainname.com/public_html

how can i remake for him the public_html in the main folder again?

Did he just delete the symlink? If so, then from the user's top directory (/home/username) do:

ln -s ./domains/domain.com/public_html public_html

Login his DA, go to Domain Setup, choose a domain, then check it as default. DA will re-create the link

Hi, it doesn't work for me. the DA doesn't recreate it automatically. what can I do?

Log in through the shell and create it manually.
