Customizing ticket templates?

Hi there,

I would like to customize some of the mails that are being sent by the DA ticket system. I have already edited the templates, but there are 2 things that I would like to do that I cannot find:

1. Send the message/ticket body directly via the mail, instead of linking to the ticket via message_user.txt - is this possible?
2. Send HTML via the mail//possibly in the DA ticket system. Is this possible, so HTML tags are parsed?

Thanks. This works great. I do have one more, hopefully final question :)

This works for sending the emails, but the ticket system in DA doesn't render the HTML, it just plainly displays all the html tags. I suppose this is understandable, but is it possible to disable the ticket system and -only- send the mails? Or only use the HTML tags in the mail, but use another template for the message that gets posted to the ticket system?

I did find the option to "send a copy via mail", but not the option to -only- send mails, and not use the ticket system.

Thanks for your response. I have disabled this now, for multiple users (on admin level and reseller level) but on all 3 levels, and users made by the reseller can still click the mesages to view them (links to /CMD_TICKET?sort1=-1)

Is this intended?
