1. cgi-mapserver
2. mapserver-bin
3. mapserver-doc
4. php5-mapscript
5. python-mapscript

Hello,

Directadmin custombuild does not support anything of the list. So you need to install them manually:

http://mapserver.org/installation/index.html
http://mapserver.org/installation/php.html
http://mapserver.org/mapscript/python.html

Do you mean that I have to compile them from sources ?
