DA has just run so smoothly for so long (644 days uptime in the case of this server) that we never really have to touch it. Anyway, this afternoon when logging into the admin GUI (https on port 2222), we can log in but we get nothing but blank pages. No HTML at all.

We restarted directadmin and httpd, but no luck.

Any hints from those more experienced? The server is fine. SSH works, sites are serving OK, just no DA admin interface.

Looks like our DA license expired because our credit card expired and we never updated it. That's what happens when you never have to look at a server, I guess!

It sounds like your ip address was added to the blacklist. I've had this happen to me on many occasion. Just check /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist and see if it contains your ip address.

It most oftenly occurs when you're behind a proxy server.

On our system the path was different

Code:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/data/admin/ip_blacklist

What file would whitelist an IP address?

Side Question:
Would this indicate any kind of a problem?
