DA Blacklist bug

Whenever I haven't logged into DA for a few days or so and I try to login DA will just put me on the blacklist while my password and login is fine...

Does anyone have a solution to this BUG?
 
I'm not sure this is a DA bug. I have never experienced this issue before. What happens when you try to login? How do you know that you're getting blacklisted? Have you tried turning the blacklisting option off in the Admin panel to see if that helps?
 
First of all, I've tested this many times. It's a blacklist issue because my IP ends up in the blacklist file! It is a bug, without any doubt. And I get an obvious white page.
 
While logged into DA as the admin user, if you can get in, go to Administrator Settings. Is "Blacklist IPs for excessive login attempts" checked and what is the value set to if it is? Also, is "Prevent 127.0.0.1 from being Blacklisted" checked?

Obviously not since you are still experiencing the problem. I seriously doubt its a bug or the many other thousands of DA users would also be affected.

If it is a bug then its only a bug if certain conditions exist. This what we are trying to find out, what those conditions are. But you seem unwilling to go through the diagnostic procedure with us. You just keep insisting that it is a bug.

Since you are so determined that it is a bug then there is no point in posting here because none of us can fix the bug. Only DA support can. So email them about it.
 
Umm, DA employees read here sometimes too. I'm not going through the process because I already have before posting here. What's the point doing something twice that you're already sure of? Jesus.
 
None of the rest of us believe it is a bug. We believe you have something set up wrong. And since you are unwilling to shared any evidence you have found I guess it will remain a mystery.
