DA bug (admin e-mail)

I found a problem and have no idea how to solve it.

I got just one administrator, named whatever - no "admin".

Control Panel:
List Administrators / admin_name - User Data button
E-mail address field is correct

Creating a new user account, DA's sending a welcome message from correct address, but the Return-path is: diradmin@hostname, (for example [email protected])

How to change this default system e-mail ? Where's the config file ?

It should be under the administrator's settings.
