DA cant start anymore!

Helle everybody,

For a few minutes ago DA works fine.

I decide to update DA to the latest DA version, so i did the job. :p

But what happend: The DA service wouldend start anymore!:mad:

This is the error message

[root@server02 directadmin]# cd /usr/local/directadmin
[root@server02 directadmin]# ./directadmin
Floating point exception
[root@server02 directadmin]#

Did anyone know what to do for fixing this problem?

Hello,

Looks like an invalid binary for your OS.
You'd need to request an OS change.
Let us know what OS you're using and include your license ID.

To see which OS you have, paste all the output of:

I installed CENTOS version 4.2 on the server.

In my DA license panel i registerd a CENTOS 5 license. In the past this was never a problem.

Could the difference between my OS version and the license version make the trouble?

FYI, that url will only fix it after we update the OS version in your license. You run that after the license is changed.

I am having the same problem now... but because I am on an internal License from my Hosts... I believe that they need to sort the issue out for me??

I dont have my license information anymore, coz DA is broken now after doing an update, so I cannot do a manual update myself... and my DC's support is USELESS...

Hello,

your uid and lid should live in:

/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/setup.txt

assuming it wasn't deleted.
