DA FTP users issue with Plesk!

Hi there, I'm pretty new with DA, and well, it is very interesting that I can't connect from the backup tools from Plesk to directadmin, due all usernames needs to be like user@domain and Plesk not allow special chars like @.

There is any way to create a username for a subdomain, with limits, but without the @ ?

Yes, create the user in the shell using the adduser or useradd command (which one depends on how your OS implements adding users).
