I know it's not the biggest of issues but I'd really like to see the header graphic amended so it could expand across browsers without repeating itself - it looks ugly when it starts to repeat and would help with the overall look of DA which is great!

Or is it just my system?

It's not just your system.

It doesn't happen on all pages, but obviously it does on "CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW".

On other pages there appears to be a table limit in effect.

John?

Hello,

I've made it do that for all pages with the "wide" format.. other pages are the file manager, and any other page the doesn't have the side bars. It loops because the "wide" format is dynamic in that it can stretch as wide as you want and all images/buttons will stretch with it... the logo at the top is looped so that we don't get dead space chopped off. If you have suggestions on how to make that look better, they'd be welcome ;)

If you got rid of the bubbles and eased the curve or "wave" down to a straight line, you wouldn't have this problem. Of course the "DA" logo would have to be an image and not actually a part of the backgrund image. There are definitely ways around this and I agree that it makes what is a very good looking interface look unprofessional.

I was thinking around the same sort of thing - my hesitation is I do not know how the skin is set up but..

2 suggestions would be to either 'cut' the image just before the right hand logo and add an extra 'expansion' image in or create the DA name and logo as transparent gifs placing them in cells in the header aligned to each corner with the wave set as background and made to look continuous.

Really this shouldn't be hard to do. I'm not a big fan of the bubbles anyway :) I liked the original DA Logo :)
