DA install error on Redhat RHEL 4

Dear All,
I am installing the DA on my Redhat RHEL -4 OS.while running
setup.sh it is asking for following :

*** Unable to determine which services pack to use ***

Please type in the file name closest to your system from the following list:

Redhat:
services72.tar.gz
services73.tar.gz
services80.tar.gz
services9.tar.gz

Fedora:
services_fedora1.tar.gz
services_fedora2.tar.gz
services_fedora3.tar.gz

Enterprise/Whitebox/CentOS:
services_es30.tar.gz
services_es40.tar.gz
services_es41_64.tar.gz

FreeBSD:
services_freebsd48.tar.gz
services_freebsd49.tar.gz
services_freebsd51.tar.gz

Debian:
services_debian30.tar.gz
services_debian31.tar.gz

Type the filename:

I have choosed services_es40.tar.gz and it goes ahead and installed DA
successfully.
After finishing of DA i looged into DA control panel but the 4 prcoesses
are not started and even not installed.

1.exim
2.vm-pop3d
3. mysqld
4. proftpd

what could be the problem ? Which option of service pack i should select ?

Also some errors i found are as follows:

The source path for majordomo does not exist. Make sure the correct path
is set in majordomo.sh

You used the correct choice.

Try a complete reinstall.

If you still have problems contact DA support staff.
