DA installation failed

Hi.
I got new CentOS 32 bit server @ FDCservers and they just aren't able to install DA on it. They suggested i could try to install it myself, which is odd...but i at least looked to DA install.log and found just this:

"## REPORT_START
## INSTALL_FAILED
## REPORT_END
"

Dont know what's wrong or where to look for more detail info about the issue. Any idea please?

Hostname wasn't entered on the installation time, that caused the installation to fail.
