DA is great - but DNS ?

Hello,

1st of all I wanna thank DA crew ... your software is great, customisable and very easy to use .

But I've notice a big big problem with DNS Records :

I can add the base MX records for domain, but what if I want to add MX records for subdomains ? I have almost 10 different clients who asked me about this.

This is a real major problem ...

Have you tried setting up the sub-domain as it's own unique DA account instead of under the domain account?

If you set up a subdomain inside the main domain, using the DirectAdmin subdomain function, you don't even get your own email; the subdomain is simply a directory inside the main domain.

However if you set it up the way suhailc recommends, as it's own domain, you get your own DNS, including MX records, your own email, etc.
