DA login trouble

Okay, I have been using DA for over a month now, but recently I've been having trouble logging into the control panel. I tried to logon using DA client login, as well as, http://www.mydomain.com:2222, http://www.mydomain.com/config, and http://00.00.00.00:2222. I can't figure out what's going on.... In IE I get a message about the page can't be displayed and in Firefox, I get a message stating the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. This has happened over and over again....

Is there no other way to access DA's control panel? I am mainly interested in obtaining and creating another MySql database for each if my domains. It's quite frustrating. I can access phpMyAdmin for one of my domains, but I'm sure the other is inaccessible due to the fact I can't remember the DB user name (obviously). Can someone help? Much appreciated, if so...
 
One of our resellers had this problem last Friday, ends up his IP Address had gotten black listed by the server for too many failed login attempts. Have your host check the IP-Address Black-list to ensure your IP Address not listed there.

Yes, I have contacted my host and they told me it's not their problem, but to contact Direct Admin.

As far as my firewall goes, I opened port 2222 for Direct Admin Access and I get the same message stating the connection was reset during loading.

"RocketCity" - Thanks for the suggestion, I'll try to talk to them again and see if that could be the problem.

In reference my my other question... Is there no other way to access DA?
 
You can shell into your server and check that list yourself; search these forums for it's name and location.

If you bought or lease your license from DirectAdmin they can probably help you. If you've got an internal license supplied by your data center then they're responsible for support.
