mysql processes werent released when DA is updating statistics daily.so server was crashed in midnight,5G DDR3,200+ clients.

my system hosts over 1000 domain.It taks over 6 hours to run cron in midnight every day.Do you have any idear about it?We dont get any error message,but system was crashed.

What are you running at midnight? The cron.daily scripts? If so, then look them over to see if you can tell what in them might be taking so long.

General DA tasks,nothing specail.
The cron.daily scripts?
I'm not sure.I dont add anything specail in this it.

Mysql processes number was grouing up for more and more,never been killed,then it runns out all of memory,then system hunged .

I would like the above one in the morning when the implementation of the hard drive statistics, it is more than six hours, and produce high negative cut-off!
