Trying to install Directadmin on VPS (VPS provider doesn't have any support installing it, that's wht I have to ask it here).
I have managed several DA installations, but didn't have such problems. Here they are:
1. I had to create diradmin user by running 'useradd diradmin' command
2. I have the following record in Directadmin Error log:
2006:12:24-13:37:41: Named::writeDB::Error writing /etc/bind/server.mydoamin.com.db : Unable to open destination file<br> (in directadmin.conf bind config is wrong and I have to change it by myself to get it working) - nameddir=/etc/bind instead of /var/named
3. mysql.conf is missing at all! MySQL is not installed but there was a record stating that I won't have to install it by myself.
I am not sure what to do... should I install MySQL by myself? Should I ignore all the errors?
