DA on Windows?

Just browsing the internet i came across this:

Apparently the owner of that company only uses windows servers; If that's correct then how has he got DA?

I thought DA was Linux Only Dist'.

It was shown using http://www.xgservers.net/abc, but it is not shown now (ServerTokens variable is changed in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf)

I thought DA was Linux Only Dist'.

DirectAdmin runs under Linux or FreeBSD. But you can virtualize linux or FreeBSD under Windows using various technologies.
