DA - One license for multiple VPS on same hardware node?

Wondering if I must have multiple licenses of DA if it is being used on a couple VPS but on a single hardware node?

IE:

VPS1
VPS2
VPS3

All within Server X.

Can 1 license be used for the 3x VPS or do I need 3 licenses?
