DA out of the box VS tweaking some configuration

Hello everyone
Direct Admin works nicely just out of the box with auto Installation, but all of us want to have better. It's my first time playing around with DA, and it's an excellent Panel.

My question: should I stick to the default installation, or do I need to add more stuff here and there to improve performance?
for example

in this video, adding some options configuration, I am sure that those options are helpful and valuable, but sometimes it might complicate things around.
Would you mind please sharing your experience with your favorite setup for the WordPress site?
-OS: ubuntu
-server Open light speed
-server- VPS
- All my sites are E-commerce WordPress

I would at least add DKIM support. If I'm correct that is not present by default yet, unless it's changed.
DKIM records combined with SPF can improve e-mail delivery to places like Microsoft's mail services and Gmail for example.

I didn't look at the video, but if you're using Wordpress, it's wise to use some security plugins as WP sites and their themes and addons are often under attack. And it should be brought to your attention soon if some part has a leak and is abused by some hacker.

Wordfence is good WAF plugin for WP, one we install standard on all our customers site.
